1. Services
We provide wedding videography services including (but not limited to) filming, editing, and delivering wedding films and related media (“Services”). All Services are subject to availability and final approval by us.
Specific terms related to booking, payment, cancellation, and deliverables may be outlined in a separate written contract. In the event of any conflict, the contract terms will control.

2. Quotes, Bookings & Payments
a. Quotes
Any quotes or proposals provided through the website or email are estimates and do not constitute a binding agreement until a contract is signed and the initial payment (if required) is received.
b. Booking
A date is not considered booked until:

A contract is signed by all parties, and

A retainer/deposit is paid (if required)
We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion.​
c. Payment Terms
Payment schedules, retainer fees, and final balances will be outlined in your contract. Retainers/deposits are typically non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the signed contract.

3. Deliverables
a. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines for wedding films and media may be provided but are not guaranteed. Factors such as volume, events, or technical issues may affect timelines.
b. Delivery Method
Films and media may be delivered digitally via platforms such as:

Mediazilla

Dropbox
-
Google Drive
-
USB drives (if included in package)
c. Archiving
We may archive footage and deliverables for a reasonable period but do not guarantee indefinite storage unless otherwise contracted. It is the client’s responsibility to back up delivered media.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
a. Ownership
We retain all copyright to raw footage, edited films, and related media unless otherwise expressly transferred in writing.
b. Client Usage
Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to:

Download

Display
their delivered films for personal use.
Clients may not sell, alter, or use footage for commercial purposes without written permission.

c. Portfolio Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we reserve the right to use footage, images, and audio captured during events for:

Website portfolio displays

Social media
-
Marketing
-
Advertising
-
Competition submissions
Clients who wish to opt-out of portfolio use must request this before signing the contract or explicitly negotiate it.

5. Website Use
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful or harmful purposes. You may not:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers or accounts

Upload malicious code or interfere with website functionality

Copy or reproduce content without permission
We may suspend or block access for misuse.

6. Third-Party Links & Tools
Our website may contain links to third-party platforms (including video hosting, scheduling, payments, or galleries). These platforms are governed by their own terms and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use, booking processes, or service delivery.

We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free website operation.

All services are provided “as-is” and subject to availability.
If filming is prevented by causes beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, illness, equipment failure, force majeure), remedies will be handled according to the contract terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of this website or violation of these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Warren County, New York.
